ART CHARGES
Artwork clean-up, typesetting, or re-sizing requiring less than 1/4 hour is free. Any additional artwork time spent by the factory will be billed at $18.75 USD (V) per 1/4 hour. Zipline will only notify you of this additional charge if it exceeds 1 hour of additional time or $75 USD (V). Add one day to standard lead times. If you send low resolution artwork (less than 600 dpi such as web based images), we will assume that you want us to clean it and will bill accordingly.

ARTWORK PROOFS
One electronic proof is provided free of charge. Additional proofs are available at $15.00(G) each. Electronic proofs will be emailed unless otherwise noted on purchase order. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY ART ERRORS AFTER APPROVAL.

ACCEPTABLE FILE FORMATS
Vector artwork is preferred (.eps or .ai). Vector graphics are composed of paths, while raster files are composed of pixels. Raster file artwork, more commonly called bitmap or jpeg, is not recommended. *NOTE: Artwork received in a format other than vector may result in additional art charges.
• All fonts must be converted to outlines.
• Placed images will probably incur artwork charges.
• Art submitted as Word files, Power Point files, .gif, .tif, .jpeg, or .bmp files will probably incur art charges.

ARTWORK E-MAIL
Please forward electronic artwork only for imprint orders to art@ziplinepromo.com. No orders will be accepted at this e-mail address. To help match your e-mailed or hard copy artwork to your order, indicate the following information with your artwork:
• Distributor name
• Purchase order number
• Contact name and phone number (with extension)
• Format used
• PMS color choice
NOTE: Failure to provide all necessary information may delay the processing of your order.

LOGO PLACEMENT AND SIZING
Unless a specific size is indicated on your purchase order, Zipline will determine the most appropriate size for your imprint. If no imprint area is indicated, we reserve the right to decorate in the area most suitable for the artwork and method specified.
