Prop 65

Zipline products meet all applicable federal safety and warning requirements as enforced by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the Consumer Product Safety Commission, and the Federal Communications Commission. Zipline's products that are shipped to California are also subject to Proposition 65, which is known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986. Proposition 65 requires product warnings for products sold in California that can potentially expose consumers to a published list of over 900 carcinogens or reproductive toxins unless such chemicals are not present in the product, or are present below established Safe Harbor Levels.

Effective 8/31/2018, the state of California updated Proposition 65 to strengthen the liability for failure to notify California end purchasers of potential hazards prior to purchase. Due to the nature of the law, and the scope of chemicals on the Proposition 65 list, Zipline will be applying the following warning to all products sold and shipped.

WARNING: Cancer and Reproductive Harm www.P65Warnings.ca.gov

The warning will be placed on the innermost carton, or bag that the item will be stored in, and will also be listed on all electronic advertisements, as well as our printed catalog.
This warning label will ensure compliance with California Proposition 65 regulatory requirements. If you have further questions regarding this product safety statement, please contact us at service@addsomezip.com
